Mmm good...


What better way to spend the morning inside than making homemade chicken noodle soup!
Mme. Martin decided to make the soup and breadsticks from scratch so she got the children involved by chopping, mixing and rolling. 

After everything was prepared, the vegetables went into the broth and the doughy breadsticks went into the oven.
We kept ourselves busy while patiently waiting for snack. We were not disappointed! The soup was delicious and warm in our tummies and the bread was just right to dip. 
Unfortunately, the teachers forgot to take a picture of the final product but take our word for it...the children are very capable helpers and enjoyed eating what they made.
